Matthew Taberer
CEO & Founder
Matthew is passionate about building sustainable supply chains that create long-term value for farmers while delivering premium Zimbabwean chillies to the world.He believes in leveraging trade and finance to unlock new opportunities for Africa’s agricultural sector.
Matthew is the managing Director of Ambassador Group Holdings, a diversified agricultural holding company.
His background is in agricultural trade finance, previously working with a global trade finance fund focused on agriculture.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from the University of Western Australia.

Kelsey Mason
COO
Kelsey thrives on solving complex supply chain challenges and ensuring seamless farm-to-market efficiency. She is dedicated to making Zimbabwe a competitive force in global agricultural exports and believes in the power of logistics to drive economic growth.Kelsey has over 10 years of experience in sales & logistics for bulk commodity trading, including coal, petroleum & grains.
She also was the former Head of Sales & Logistics at Zimbabwe’s largest coal mine, managing large-scale distribution networks.
Kelsey holds a B.Soc.Sc in International Relations & Economic History from the University of Cape Town and is ACCA Level 2 certified.

Josphat Mutsambwa
Smallholder Head Agronomist
Josphat is a highly experienced agronomist with over 15 years in horticultural research, crop management, soil science, and sustainable smallholder farming. He has a proven track record of optimizing chili yields by improving soil health and reducing environmental impact.Josphat is very passionate about agricultural innovation, and he is dedicated to enhancing smallholder livelihoods, strengthening food security, and promoting eco-friendly farming practices.
Josphat holds a BSc in Horticulture from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe.
